- 3000 SF new restaurant on Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn was conceived by Cyril Antoinette (Mama Shelter Hotels) as a fully new vegan restaurant with French culinary influence. The project was driven by a desire to connect with Brooklyn’s pop culture and Brooklyn’s new place in the NYC cultural landscape.
