This was a gut renovation residential project for a sculptor and a photographer. The design focused on creating large open, connected spaces with design focal points, stair, fireplace and sculpture. All walls are reveled at the base to produce a floating effect as in a gallery. MA/D provided full design and architectural services - design development, production of construction documents, MEP and Structural engineering consultant coordination, Building Department and construction supervision.
