7000 square feet restaurant and event space developed for Savitt Partners at 530 7th Avenue. MA/D provided zoning analysis for this over-built 1930’s tower in New York’s Fashion District. MA/D found an additional 11,000 SF to realize this new restaurant a top the office tower and made other additions to the buildings usable SF. MA/D provided full design and architectural services– design development, production of construction documents, consultant coordination, and construction supervision and worked together with Meyer Davis to complete the interior design portion of the project.
